Tattoos 26 March
2013 Tattoos used to be for Rock
Stars, bikers and musicians. Now our sports personalities are getting TATS,
latest being Lionel Messi with his sons hands tattooed on his leg. This year also saw Wimbledon tennis players
give us a glimpse of what was under their tennis whites.
What if you could have a tattoo
that looks like the real thing? Your
design and no pain? Cheryl Cole’s Roses which could have been removed after the
Girls Aloud tour?
Temporary airbrush tattoos are
being used more and more as a “try before you buy”.
Getting your own design inked, gives
customers the chance to truly feel the excitement of have a TAT. They last for
days, even after you shower. They are safe, waterproof and non-toxic.
Strawberry Studios are now
offering a temporary airbrush tattoo that can be applied with your scent. Think
Chanel logo with the aroma of perfume? Julie Android of Strawberry Studio said,
the idea came from “scratch and sniff”. A creative idea for promotional
branding, TAT’s are the ultimate in creating awareness. A strong marketing
tool, which draws crowds at trade fairs, exhibition, parties and events.
Companies looking to leave a lasting impression are choosing Temporary Airbrush
Tattoos. A walk in tattoo parlour will be set up at some of the UK’s
prestigious events. Football badges as
tattoos will be at some of the largest sporting events in 2013.
Human branding was once used as
a form of torture during the middle ages. A considerable less painful version
is now considered a form of body art, a walking advertisement which has a
lasting impression! Usually up to 5 days!
With a whole host of our
favourite celebs already covered in body art, the new trend is for a more
temporary, less painful version.
Gaultier called it his
“extensions of the fabric” when his models paraded down the Spring 2012 catwalk
showing temp tattoos. TAT’s are applied, in minutes,
by airbrushing ink on to a re-useable stencil, which is previously laser cut
from the design. In the case of Messi
and his sons hands. An image is captured, traced and laser cut into a
re-useable stencil.
Strawberry Studio has over 400
different designs. They will attend your party or event as part of the entertainment. Unlike henna, they can also be removed instantly with alcohol
